Refund Policy

1. Except in cases of provider default, refunds will only be made in the following circumstances:

a) Where you cancel BEFORE the Start Date of the Course

Registration fees for education courses are fully refundable only before the start of the class. All returned items i.e., books, uniforms; must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Should the items not be in its original condition refunds will be excluded from the total amount.

b) Where you withdraw from the Course AFTER the Course Start Date

All tangible materials provided at registration are non-refundable. Only services that have not been utilized will be refunded i.e. CPR-C/First Aid, GPA, Mask Fit, Food Handling, U-First

c) Where you request to reschedule BEFORE the Course Start Date

If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her attendance, a registration is transferable to another date hosted by Company, so long as the registrant provides us with at least seven (7) days written notice of the desire to transfer the registration.  Your rescheduled course must take place within one (1) year from the original course date.  A transfer confirmation will be issued to the registrant via email. 

d) Where you already have ‘COURSE Rate Modification’ Certification

If a registrant already possesses certifications/materials within ‘Course Rate Modification’ an adjustment will be made to course fees as permitted by the Company. Registrants will be required to provide a certificate that is equivalent to the course offerings.
